  • Am Sonntag, den 1. Juni 2025 ab 13 Uhr, wird der Kissing Stone an seinem neuen Standort auf dem Gutsgelände von Schloss Britz in Berlin-Neukölln feierlich eingeweiht.

    Wie bereits zur Enthüllung im Treptower Park wird das Alphornensemble des Alphorn.Berlin e.V. von 13 bis 14 Uhr die Veranstaltung musikalisch begleiten. Für alle, die einen Wunsch und Kuss hinterlassen möchten, steht wieder ein Schminktisch bis 16 Uhr bereit – oder bringt einfach euren eigenen Lippenstift mit!

    Über den Kissing Stone
    Die Skulptur aus weißem Kalkstein trägt die Einladung „one wish, one kiss“. Zwischen Juni 2023 und März 2024 wurde sie im Treptower Park mit Hunderten von Lippenstiftküssen versehen – jeder Kuss ein persönlicher Abdruck, tief in den Stein eingeschrieben. Die verführerisch glatte Oberfläche lädt auch am neuen Standort zum Mitmachen ein.

  • On Sunday, June 1st, 2025 from 1 PM, the Kissing Stone will be unveiled at its new location on the estate of Schloss Britz in Berlin-Neukölln.

    Just like at its first unveiling in Treptower Park, the event will be accompanied by a live performance from the alphorn ensemble of Alphorn.Berlin e.V., playing from 1 to 2 PM.
    There will be a makeup table till 4 PM for those who wish to participate – or feel free to bring your own lipstick!

    About the Kissing Stone
    Carved from white limestone, this sculpture bears the message “one wish, one kiss.” From June 2023 to March 2024, it stood in Treptower Park, where it was adorned with hundreds of lipstick kisses – each one a personal imprint, absorbed into the stone’s surface. Its smooth, inviting form welcomes new kisses at its new home.

Neben der letzten Möglichkeit, diese Ausstellungen in den Räumen der Kulturstiftung Schloss Britz zu sehen, haben Sie die Möglichkeit, einem Vortrag von Christian Mayrock zu besuchen. Geboten wird eine kurzweilige Kulturgeschichte der Zeit, mit Darstellungen und Ideen ihrer Entwicklung von den Anfängen bis hin zur Frage: Wie kann Zeit erfahren werden?

In addition to the final opportunity to view the exhibition in the rooms of the Schloss Britz Cultural Foundation, visitors are invited to attend a lecture by Christian Mayrock. The talk offers an engaging cultural history of time, exploring key ideas and developments from its origins to the question: How can time be experienced? The talk will be held in German.
